Barry Merrill
Barry Merrill started in the car business 35 years ago, washing new cars for delivery, and has worked just about every position in a dealership since then. After college, he worked for Ford Motor Company for ten years, receiving good field experience calling on dealers. Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln Mercury is his second dealership. He sold a Ford dealership in 1999 after owning it for seven years in order to return to Ford in their retail operations. He has been the President and General Manager of Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln Mercury since 2002. For relaxation, Barry enjoys flying a Cirrus airplane.
Mike Carr
Mike Carr has been the New Vehicle Sales Manager since joining Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln Mercury in 2007. He's made a home in Grand Ledge, having lived here for over 15 years with his wife Lorraine, and two boys. Mike is a graduate of Tiffin University in Ohio and Nick is a student at Lansing Catholic. They also share their home with Duke, the 85 pound Shepard/Lab mix that chews EVERYTHING! Mike joys golfing and spending time with his family, and is also a member of the Grand Ledge Kiwanis Club and the Knights of Columbus.
Tom Gillies
Tom Gillies has served as a Sales Manager at Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln Mercury since 2004, now specializing as the Used Car Sales Manager. He is originally from Flint, Michigan, and has known nothing but the car business, working primarily in GM stores before coming to Grand Ledge Ford. Tom is married to Jody, and they have one daughter, Morgan. The family also has a Tennessee Walker named Red, and a Shitzu named Cinnimon. In his free time, Tom enjoys golfing, auto races, the Detroit Lions, and spending time with his family.
Fernando Duran
Fernando Duran is an experienced Business Manager at Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln Mercury, being certified with the Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals. "I work with over 30 banks and credit unions to help you drive home with the car of your dreams!"
Judy Williams
Judy Williams brings over 30 years of banking and finance experience to Grand Ledge Ford, with many of those years bringing specific experience to the field of special financing, and assisting those who have "bumps" in their credit. The dealership is proud to have women represented in every department at Grand Ledge Ford, including Sales and Finance.
Judy has three sons, with one - Zack - still at home. They are also accompanied by their 2 cats, Chauncey and Mr. Whiskers.
Ben Croze
Ben is originally from Grayling, MI and has been in the Lansing area for about 8 years, and selling the Ford, Lincoln Mercury line for 4 years. He and his wife Mari recently had their first child, Gregory. Both he and Mari are from northern Michigan and enjoy outdoor activities year round.

Laura Dickerson has been with Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln Mercury for 3 years. She is originally from Eaton Rapids, and has stayed close to home since.

Steve Florian
Steve Florian has spent all of his life in the Lansing area, and currently resides in the Eaton Rapids/Charlotte area with his girlfriend Nichelle, her 3 year old daughter Lynaee, and their Corgi-Poodle Tinker. He is happy to become a first time dad in October. Besides spending time with his family, Steve loves to take in the Detroit Tigers and the Detroit Lions, as well as play softball with friends.
Dorene Fuller
Dorene Fuller has been selling cars for 11 years, and joined Grand Ledge Ford in 2005. She is from Dimondale originally, and has spent a good share of her life in the Greater Lansing area. Her Ford passion was found early on, with her first car being a 2-door Mercury Zephyr Sport. Dorene has four children and two grandchildren. She also has a Golden Retriever named Summer. When not at Grand Ledge Ford, Dorene enjoys scrapbooking memory books for her children, photography, and computer/video projects, as well as spending time with family and friends. In closing, Dorene says, "Grand Ledge Ford is a great place to work and do business. Everybody is so professional and caring."

Colleen Jennings
Colleen Jennings is a native of the Greater Lansing Area, and has been with Grand Ledge Ford since September 2006, saying "I just love it here. I'm proud of where I work and proud of our reputation." She had to laugh when remembering her first car - "It was a Ford Pinto Wagon that my dad got for $200!" Colleen has a large family network, including her 3 children, Bret, Levi and Gretchen, along with Valerie and Amber who have taken her on as their second mom, and a dog. Colleen loves walking her dog, vegetable and flower gardening, and trying to eat and live a healthy life. She also enjoys doing ministry at her church, and eating out with friends afterwards.
Ron Kempf
Ron Kempf has become a permanent fixture at Grand Ledge Ford, having spent over 40 years selling cars with Grand Ledge Ford. Having spent so many years around the Ford line, Ron has seen many cars come and go, but his favorite personal car is a 1967 Ford Mustang Convertible, which he still revs up when the sun is out. Ron enjoys outdoor activities with his family. The family also brags of the "best and smartest Golden Retriever in the world," Harley. Ron also enjoys several sports, but claims the best are the Fighting Irish, "and whoever is playing Michigan of course."
Richard Parker
Richard Parker comes to us from Phoenix, Arizona - go figure. But if you ask him why, he'll tell you "The four seasons is something I have never experienced being from the West all of my life, and I love it!" Richard and his family reside on a 23 acre property in Charlotte with his wife Paige, a computer engineer for the State, and his daughter Renee, son-in-law James, and two grandchildren James (4) and Babe (2). They have a Shiba Inu named Jacskon, and three mouse-killers - Sherbert, Ben Wallace and Amare. In Richard's spare time he loves cooking with his wife, playing with his grandchildren, hunting and fishing. He's had enough golf for awhile.
Richard wants you to know, "I intend to be a fixture at Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln Mercury for a long time so come in and let me give you the attention and customer service you deserve."
Sidney Waldrop
Sidney Waldrop is from Grand Ledge originally, and has spent most of his life in the greater Lansing area. He was new to the car business when he joined Grand Ledge Ford in 2006. Sid enjoys watching the Tigers, as well as the MSU Spartans, playing baseball, and hanging out with his two cats Charlie and Isabell, along with his wife Jenn. Sidney stays true to his Ford ties now, when he remembers his favorite car being a 1987 Mustang 5.0 GT.

He's been in the United States for 8 years, and now resides in Lansing, bringing us over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. Phil has a greyhound named Jack, a cat named Lloyd, and enjoys spending time with his girlfriend Linda. His hobbies include cricket and soccer.
